How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are processed in 2-3 days so please confirm your address and telephone number as soon as you order and notify us immediately of any changes. All international orders are sent via Airmail. We ship from Monday to Friday with the exception of holidays in Australia.
Once an order has started processing, it cannot be cancelled.
Full shipping fees will be charged to re-deliver items returned due to an incorrect shipping address.
In a situation where an item has been returned because of an incorrect shipping address, we can provide a refund minus the shipping costs and a $2.85 per item restocking fee. Refunds can only be issued up to 60 days after the date of the original purchase.
Please note that shipping times are an estimate, not a guarantee. If an order takes several days longer than the estimated time, please contact us and we will work with you to determine the status of the shipment.
For international customers outside of Australia, there are no taxes charged on your purchase but it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country. However, in our experience, this is rare for small orders like CDs and T-shirts.
Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you have any concerns, you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

We provide complete streaming of our songs on bandcamp.com. Please listen before you buy, as we are unable to accept returns on CDs or T-shirts. If an item is broken or defective on arrival, please let us know immediately, and we will reship a replacement product right away!
Digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable.
